Can't a bitcoiner operate as a Trojan horse?
Even if not an admitted maxi, he at least seems to know very well the right from wrong on the economics, and money.
I'd say the knowledge is the thing which makes one a vitcoiner, not words or laser eyes.

Perhaps a trojan horse. That is one angle.
The perspective I have is that his professional life consists mostly that of a career politician. He used to talk fondly of bitcoin when the price is higher. Now when questioned, both he and his party (from his direction no doubt) dance around the topic of bitcoin. The fundamentals of bitcoin haven't changed. Why shy away from it now?
IMHO, he is doing it to get elected. If he is willing to stop promoting bitcoin just to advance his career, what else will he stop (or start) talking about to maintain his position in the future?
As a bitcoiner, my stance hasn't changed as the price changes. I'm sure the same applies to others who have been orange pilled. I cannot say the same for him.
Fair point.
