This is nice.
But, looking from the shopowner's perspective, if they're half competent, they will now have to throw away everything out of safety concerns.
A better way is to actually orange pill the owner and give him/her a stack of stickers.
But it's still pretty cool.
I don't think they'll do it because there is lettuces, carrots, mushrooms and other vegetables in it and sometimes i saw flies inside.
As you can see on the video there is a opening big enough for some insects. And the stickers are just on plastic wrap food and eggs nothing serious.

I don't see a safety concern. Most of the food in that video has it's own wrapping and the eggs have a natural shell.
