My larger point is that this happens but not consciously. People naturally save in times like this Even Lagarde said in reference to lowering ECB rates before the USA, "Europeans are savers"
The US, at large, has no savings. It's good if Europeans do, except that the value of their currency is evaporating as we speak.

With this strategy, make sure to also have less income so you don't have cash piling up, becoming less valuable.
