When my son was born I deleted all the social apps from my phone. I still have the accounts, but accessing them through a browser takes more effort, and I hardly bother.
I also cancelled my oxycodone prescription, and that was/is hard too.
Life is not supposed to be easy.
Find some people on Nostr that post about positive things, things you are interested in, people that motivate you, and follow them.

Deleting the apps are exactly what I'll do. It's like beauracracy in reverse.
Another thing you can do to build your Nostr, or have a more interesting Nostr experience, that isn’t possible with centralized garbage, is that you can take someone you deem interesting (like Lyn or Gigi) copy their Npub and browse as if you were them.
This way you can find/see all of the cool posts they see and then go to your account and follow those same accounts.
Also, if you get bored, you can browse as them, which seems illegal but it’s not😂
I never knew that. thanks for the info. I'm trying to build a magazine that pushes No Noise, Just Signal. How do I that without the backing of a slave induced algorithm? I understand the perspective from a personal point of view. Although, how do I run a business here? Am I the business?
I see the shit being pushed by Bitcoin Mag for example and it just makes me feverish. Then I follow in its footsteps by posting on the same platform.
