You don't have to. So far Nostr is mostly an echochamber of Bitcoin and ancap, you'll pick up knowledge very soon.😀 Take the wallet app and zap thing as things to have fun with. The zapped amounts are usually mere cents, you don't need to buy anything, so it's not a life changer - for now. We're all early adopters here.

Well...you do.😂 But for yourself, definitely not for Nostr. Just set up some Satoshi wallet and post about it, we'll zap you. It's about a perfect time right now, because around 5PM there's a #zapathon every Thu and Fri. People throw wild zaps around for half an hour and if you write about being new and use that hashtag, there's higher chance you'll get zapped. You can then keep it or later zap something, whatever. Again, it's cents.
