Nah he doesn't yet.. but, I can see he is getting there.

He talked 2/3 times in the last couple if months about quantum computing that will soon brake all encryption, and made reference with Bitcoin, so I guess he has someone that talks him about it but he doesn't really get it, you can tell he has a normie view, but also you can tell he understood the main problem of fiat money.
