Living on an animal based diet with my fiancé.

But as she likes to eat a lot of yoghurt, cheese and vegetables, you experiences now some rash due to histamine intolerance.

Anybody a clue how to fix this over the long term?

i heard carnivore diets fixes histamine issues, but literally idk

Yeah but she doesn’t want full carnivore. She likes eating yoghurt, cheeses, fruits, vegetables too much. And I can understand that.

misschien komt de uitslag door iets anders? nieuwe douchegel? pollen? nieuwe lotion? of juist iets nieuw gegeten?

Testen gedaan en het blijkt wel degelijk histamine te zijn… ze zal wat moeten zoeken wat van voeding te laten om het op te lossen
