The spammy event was from jb55/nostril. I wanted to see if I could notify every pubkey I could see on the relays. These replies are from Damus.
I'm thinking about ignoring random notes like these unless they are on your contact list

Makes sense, less spammy distractions. Unless of course it's a global event notification, ie the asteroid is hitting earth or something :)
