Decentralized work

I've been thinking these days about how much Nostr can encourage employment and entrepreneurship... Think about how many people lose their jobs in technology companies and in various areas or simply have difficulty integrating into the job market.

But, with Nostr, the incentive and security of producing a product or service grows without the need for the bureaucracies that governments impose. I can imagine that through Nostr local communities can emerge in the real world, but for that we will still need customers who offer community resources and the, already under development, market place.
