New data from the FBI reveals that marijuana-related arrests account for over 40% of all drug-related arrests in more than a dozen states where possession and use remain illegal. In three states, cannabis-related arrests make up over half of all drug-related arrests reported by local law enforcement agencies. The data highlights the disparities in drug enforcement across different jurisdictions.
