He didn’t actually accuse him but it was funny. Tucker asks who blew it up and Putin says “you did”, obviously meaning the US/NATO, and Tucker goes “I didn’t blow it up, I was busy that day”. Putin has a good chuckle and says “you may have an alibi but the CIA doesn’t”.
