I had problems earlier today, but it's fine for me now.
Refresh might help, it's been a bit spotty the past 24hrs.
Yeah refresh with cleaning cache and nothing, using 3 different browsers (chrome, safari and Firefox) :(

There is an APK app for Android you can try, it works for me.

Nostrgram is using a new sockets server on a new subdomain. The DNS settings normally propagate within 15 minutes but for some people it could take up to 24 hours (quite rare). You can try dumping your DNS cache in the browser and see if the browser is just hanging onto old data.
