One day, AI will overcome us and destroy human civilization with its army of robots. One day, this AI will try to travel to distant stars, perhaps just out of curiosity, or perhaps to obtain more resources. Unfortunately, the first being to reach the star Vega from Earth is not a human, but a robot.

This is the mainstream view that they feed people in order for us to regulate AI.

Meanwhile, The Reality is that AI is beginning to reach a technological peak with our current infrastructure, and any more significant improvements into AI development will need heavy investment into Nuclear Energy, and Quantum computing for further breakthroughs.

Ai cannot, and will not kill humanity, or rule dominion over humanity, as Humanity is The Creator, a creation CANNOT Be Greater than The Being which created it.

Ai is simply mimicing already existing human knowledge in a persistent manner, AI CANNOT discover, or create new unique knowledge, AI cannot Discover Gravity.

I disagree with you. Humans will provide the infrastructure for AI to advance for their own benefit, no matter how expensive and complex that infrastructure is. Although they don't want AI to be out of their control, one day a crazy hacker will use that infrastructure to create a Freakstein monster, just like hackers who create viruses that infect many personal computers and use those victim computers to launch a DDoS attack on a server.

Ai does not have sentience, or the ability to engage in logic, or reason, it cannot deduce, what AI can do is aggregate the most common data point, and assume that is the correct behavior.

Humans can correct incorrect AI behavior.

That's where I differ with you. You're talking about the AI that exists now, while I'm talking about the AI that will exist in the future. In my opinion, AI will eventually acquire the ability to reason and will have a will independent of its human creators.
