That doesn't seem right. It uses my mine too and I see everyone's notes as expected. I would nuke local storage maybe?

It's not a bug, you have the big relays in your list and I don't.

we only have like 10,000 users. there are no big relays.

It seems intentional that it resumes from where you left off last time (and I think that's actually a nice feature), but I don't understand why the feed not showing up properly isn't considered a bug.

Isn't NIP-65 supposed to work by fetching notes from each write relay listed in my follow list’s NIP-65 models, rather than just connecting to my own NIP-65 relays? That way, whether or not my relays are shared with others shouldn’t really matter, right? Or maybe I'm misunderstanding how NIP-65 is meant to work.

Of course, merging all the write relays from a long follow list and constructing proper filters from the overlaps is probably not easy. So maybe it’s not exactly a bug, but more like an implementation that just isn’t fully finished yet.

There is a big alpha under the logo. The network code is very basic right now. I’m mostly focused on making it an accelerated dev platform for building nostr apps at the moment.

It’s not just another microblogging client, there are already tons of those. The past month i have been building out the multi-app browser architecture. the dave nostr assistant is the first app outside of the columns app.

The next notedeck app i’m gonna start on soon is the nip17 dms app which will have queryable unwrapped things (giftwrap support is nostrdb), which will enable new features like private replies on public threads, etc.

I also added relay index/feeds to nostrdb, but still need a ui for that. We also just recently added nwc and zapping to the browser…

but yeah, we haven’t been doing anything for 6 months 🙄

I think NoteDeck is doing amazing work. It's just that when fiatjaf mentioned the reason was him not having large relays, I commented wondering if maybe I had completely misunderstood NIP-65, but I think my intention might have been misunderstood. There's definitely no need for yet another very similar app. I'm particularly looking forward to the part in NoteDeck where I can query AI using Zaps.
