Took an entire two weeks for the fold/PayPal bill pay to break for me again

Just got declined on a $5k payment to my credit card and it reverted to the bank account so missed out on $50 in rewards and 500 spins

They gave me some bullshit excuse that it was declined because it exceeded my daily withdrawal limits which was not true
