Let me guess what is going on.
Someone got a hold of cheap #bitcoin
Maybe got a license to do kyc
Likely spammed mempool with dummy transactions with high fees.
Now will use this to their advantage to issue bitcoin based iou, cause real on-chain transactions are too expensive.
