Really glad Latvian government delivered Stingers few days before, Ukrainians have said that was very important for defense in a first days of full scale invasion. This is Twitter post of Latvian ministry of Defense in morning of Feb 23 2022.

Yes, I know. Latvia sent all Stingers to Ukraine at the end, no more left. But what you need more than MANPADs now are more SAMs like Patriot and missiles for them.

Well, at the beginning of the war we gave what we’ve already got. Now Europe is trying to figure out how to produce stuff. The tough part.
