With every new piece of technology, man's place in the world changes. His understanding of truth, knowledge, justice, money, information etc. changes with the clock, the telescope, the printing press, gunpowder, the telephone, the photograph, the atom bomb, the TV, the computer, the internet, Bitcoin and Nostr. Man thinks he shapes technology, but he often forgets that technology, in actual fact, shapes man too.
