yes, k:31337 as defined in this new NIP by nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/1043 and k:34235 is the flare video kind (haven't looked at the tags yet).
