NYC is full of tragic houses with awful layouts. hella overpriced living conditions force people into incredibly poor choices they become proud of because of sunk costs and interior space premiums.
Their place is actually HUGE for NYC standards - so amazing they have a sauna & cold plunge!!! Super +++++
