Found it, pg.277 Broken Money. The number I am remembering was from the GFC. It was 63x. But that was for the whole system. It was 23x for just the bank deposits alone. Here is a chart that shows it. 
Felt like a Big Short (movie) kinda day. Got me thinking about that stat that there is something like 23 claims for every 1 dollar in the system. #asknostr #plebchain can anyone confirm that’s the correct number or remind me of what it is.
