That flotilla thing fills me with dread
Invade a foreign country -- especially one in the middle of a hot war -- and you get what you get.
Invade who? Palestine? That is where they are going...
That is irrelevant. Even if Palestine us viewed as a separate country from Israel, it is currently occupied by Israel and under marshall law.
Everyone is free to do as they like, but they have to deal with the consequences.
I, for my part, don't appreciate their adopting the same tactics as the people invading Europe.
As you said, it is occupied... They are not going to Israel, they are going to Palestine. So they are not invaders. Israel is the invader.

They've been steadily deconstructing our own countries with their Green Rainbow Anti-European bullshit, relentlessly, for years, and now they've fallen out of favor here and moved on to taking themselves hostage, again, to artificially promote a drama with themselves as the stars. Crisis locusts.

I also remember thinking it extremely odd that Hamas would attack, right when Israel was finally starting to moderate, again. They probably saw the moderation and worried about the political trend making them irrelevant. But whatever.

Well, things are at least moving in one direction or the other, now. Looks like Palestine will become a protectorate of its neighbors and Israel will therefore be asked to back off.
Hmm. That new commitment to Qatar looks like a step towards war with Iran. That's what Israel wants.
