Well, I think the work week needs to be decreased to 32-36 hours which benefits hourly folks most and they need it.

Stay at home moms/home school should be subsidized the same way public school is or public education should not be subsidized.

Produce/meat produced within a state should be free of tax and regulation. I should be able to do on farm butcher and have my products in stores/restaurants locally without the govt getting involved which will allow stay at home moms to turn science and math class into a business making a small income, nothing that is huge, but if you can cover your utilities with this or a month of the mortgage, that's awesome.

Another thing to put the onus on people, people need to live within their means. Children should share rooms. Part of this should be the reduction of regulation about additional living units. If your kid turns 15 and wants to build a tiny house/shed so they can have privacy, go for it, helps them learn a lot. Bonus points if it's mobile and they can use it as a dorm for college.

These are some basic ideas I have.
