This is why Nostr communities exist. Or lists and tools like listr.lol. Those would be better suited for something like this. But ultimately you can’t keep people from tagging you in a thread and Damus and other clients still need to get better about letting you completely hide them from your feed. Fun for some, annoying for others. In the end I will unfollow or mute whoever I need to in order to have a sane and useable experience on Nostr. Not sure why that upsets you.

It has been very fun to me, and I found new people who are active on Nostr to follow. So it has been a win win.

Of all the crappy notes you likely see a day and then this one thing Marie did to simply have fun with many on nostr upsets you, then you may have tunnel vision.
I found value in her experimenting. She was just trying to liven the place up in a positive way. She meant no harm.
