Real estate will continue to go up in dollar terms with inflation as time goes on. But when we look at the value in the world, it takes up too much of the pie, and now the people can’t afford to eat. We’ve seen so much buying and investing in real estate over the years as people look to store value, but what happens when there is an influx of selling. A small portion of the population can afford real estate where it’s being valued. There’s a large market for homes but it’s at a much lower value, one that the next generation can afford. Sellers will have to meet buyers there.
