I wish there was a newsletter nostr sign up, with just your npub, that could also notify about a longform note or dm it. Is anyone working on that?

newsletter as an in email?

I think we can have a similar model but not with email; email it's an unsalvageable nightmare

we could have just NIP-23s and an event kind of "sending" a NIP-23 to someone's "inbox" by having an event tagging the recipient

Open to newsletter ideas.

I’d like to publish it blog style, therefore, longform seems like a good format.

What would be the best way for people to get notified and get access to it?

The way of #nostr is openness. If we avoid the DM route, would it make way for interesting conversations?

I feel like some combination of nsecbunker and nip 23 could allow for subscribing to a promised theme (or newsletter) of nip 23 with out having to follow all 23 from the author?
