I see the logic in that, but things like the US constitution and other nations constitutions, Magna Carta etc. are designed to protect the individual from governments and corporations. These protections have been fought for and won with blood and lives. Digital privacy is the next battlefront, and we shouldn’t simply surrender that battlefront by saying it’s inevitable.

There’s no unreasonable search or seizure being done IMO as it’s a public ledger on the blockchain. It would be my understanding when I use something regarded as a public ledger that the ability to be identified exists.
