how to be faster, smarter, and stronger when you’re actually not:

-be outside as much as possible

-touch the ground or plants with bare skin often

-when the sun goes down, keep your environment dark

-drink quality water (filtered & remineralized, swirled with intention when you need it)

-eat real food from real people (farmers in your town)

-catch as many sunrises as possible

-keep your sleep bank positive 😴
