For me it's Spätzle and nothing else. Wouldn't smartass around otherwise 😂

Had to learn how to make this stuff myself.

It’s all but impossible to find German food in US towns that aren’t major population centers or regions settled by German immigrants.

Special respect for the Spätzle then. I never tried to make them myself because I can get them ready made here but I heard it's serious work.
