noob #plebchain #bitcoin q: moving coins from hot software to cold hardware...

Do I import hot wallet passphrase in cold hardware, or send/receive from hot to cold (end goal being to have coins stored only on cold, hardware wallet)? Any insight appreciated.

I would definitely recommend sending. A hot wallet key should be considered compromised. :)

Careful to send a first small amount just on the safe side 😉
