Yesterday was my fourth Day 1 on #75Hard . I came to terms that I let myself fall asleep before finishing my second workout, the day before, and was rather put down. My workouts were very rough on Day 1, after failing, but I feel a lot more hopeful for this campaign. I’m not letting these (literal) growing pains go to waste. #grownostr
