The recent global "centralized 'blue screen' welfare" incident revealed three problems:

1. Distribution is not equal to decentralization, although decentralization must be distributed;

2. "Trustable" is not equal to "verifiable", and trust must be based on verifiable;

3. Bitcoin's chain-network is in a strong growth trend, while centralized-distribution is exposing risks.
