Hey Nostriches. Personal update: the other side of the founder journey.

After running a failed acquisition process, my family is facing some very hard times.

We've been fortunate to get the support we have so far from friends and family. We've raised 85% of our goal and are looking to complete the funding.

Spending every $ you have and every dollar you don't have, bad market timing... reality hits you. I know it's temporary, but the reality is the founder journey includes the lowest of lows.

With funds raised so far, we have been able to stay in our apartment and welcome our beautiful baby girl.

We have a court date to fight eviction on Jul 24 so we're still not clear yet.

And I have a signed contract and will be starting a new role (more to announce soon) on Aug 8. Between now and then we simply need to finish off fundraising to keep housed and fed.
