Must be the case I don’t use Amethyst but I can install it and confirm.
I see it on Damus
Just tested on latest amethyst and I don’t see Lightning address icon on anyone’s profiles. Not sure if it was there before.

Nope but I think hes looking to add it soon. Last two updates where performance updates
I thought it was but who knows, I was messing around with a million clients lol
