depends how you grind.. french press can be a literal oil slick if you do it a certain way. but its hard to drink and develops a high degree of sediment and mouthfeel. read: its gross.

Sometimes I like it to be able to hold the spoon straight up, others I want it a bit weaker. Lol
okay i hear you there. i've ground with a hammer and made coffee in a pan........ not the greatest.. LOL
my favorite is drip with the kalita wave 185. its just simple and predictable and tastes clean.
You're definitely further down the rabbit hole than I. I have a few different ways to brew, but I'm not to the point of knowing models. 😂
Give me a couple more years though. The collection has been growing.
