Wow wow wow!! What's in the 4th and 8th pics?
Is that seaweed (in 4th) and what are the yellow things in 8th?
on 4th it was toro with caviar on a rice waffle, 8th it was a Tres Leches with mango, passionfruit and calamansi

What's under the rice waffle? Is that seaweed? Edible?
I think it was Nori, but none of us ate it, so i can not tell you for sure
