I would normally do this but this time the transaction isn't even in my own mempool since the fee is below purge fee.

My bitcoin core refused to accept it so it's just my lightning node that has a record of it.

I know miners will mine a parent transaction with a low fee but I don't think bitcoin core will accept a parent transaction below purge fee just because a child transaction exist?
