I'm not very familiar with those religions, but all organised religious systems are designed not to elevate the human spirit, but to tame it.

Judaism doesn't condemn leaving the faith as such, and it rarely seem to condemn the evils done by some of its diaspora.
Islam is far worse; apostates have to live in silence and secrecy since they are very much at risk of extrajudicial killings from their 'brothers' if they are open about it.
The apostates of Islam are the most vulnerable minority in the world, and the ass-lickers for islam in the western world do nothing to help them.
