I fully expect that a few decades from now using paper with dead white men will be regarded the same way we currently view using sea shells or glass beads as money; an archaic, obsolete, and fragile accounting and value communication system used by the technological and economic illiterate.
ALL forms of money, even Bitcoin, are still only 'potential energy' that only becomes useful when 'realized' through use. It is the love of the money 'above all else' that is the source of all evil. The point of a journey, and the vehicle used for it, is to reach a destination, not to perpetually float as pure potential.
In sport it's said that there's no greater tragedy than wasted potential. The same applies to dying with unspent satoshis. I can't count on my offspring to deploy my sats as effectively as I will, so I plan on sliding into the grave with all my financial energy spent enjoying my life. Leaving the surplus in an irrevocable #BitcoinTrust defending my heirs from themselves.
