Wondering if telling someone to “buy bitcoin” is the wrong words to use.
Buying has certain implications to it. I wonder if we would say “convert your savings into Bitcoin” is better. Buy usually mean someone else is making a profit off of you. Where as if you are just converting, then what is yours remains yours in another form. Bitcoin being a better form.

Folk need to come to such a conclusion on their own. You might phrase it in a way “action X is what I choose to do”.
As to the wordage, the one that speaks to me save / saving.

Transfer/exchange from analog to digital is really the final act .
I’d say start the conversation with fiat money, then go any direction from there ( fractional reserve banking, money printing, inflation, etc). They need to come to their own conclusions.

I like it! This way the person isn’t “losing” anything.
I never tell anyone to buy. I always tell them to study it. Sounds way less scammy, and if they do the work, they'll buy it anyway.
