Even if it were a Nazi solute, he clearly wasn't implying death to Jews. I thought it was a joke, a play on Trump being called Hitler. The times are reminiscent of the Nazi era, the nation reindustrializing, the money buckling, immigrants being chastised, rounded up and exported. If it was a historical nod, it could have been a silly, distasteful one-one befitting (allegedly) a free speech maxi.
But it clearly looked like he meant it as giving his heart to the people.
