This is optimistic. I like it, but I don't really share your optimism. But maybe it's because there's a trend starting in other nations that isn't being felt here yet. Australia is so far removed from the world that we're quite slow in some senses.

I hope you're right! I don't see it yet. A lot of my professional contact is with classical musicians and my students - GenZ - and they are all in very deep (though the ones who are not are increasingly exasperated).
