Grindset is everywhere in your algorithm because it is great for convincing wage slaves that if they bust their ass and make a few extra burgers or stack a few extra boxes they'll be the top 1% of productivity and get the full 25c an hour raise.
Creativity and outside the box thinking will serve YOU much better instead of serving your boss. They are far more likely to come from a walk in the woods than more grinding.
