That depends if you want kyc coins or not.
Non-KYC would be better, but either works :)
So many rules in UK now.
Kraken is available, but they want information about movements out to supply to Government.
I think Coin Corner still available.

Blockchain.com works. They also didn't freeze my account like Binance did because they charged my card twice so I got the transaction reversed by the bank even though I told them and they agreed it was the course of action to take! Fucking morons.

More importantly you need to choose the right bank! Nationwide don't freeze your account just for sending money to an exchange so I would use them. But still use bank transfer and tell them as little a possible.
