EXACTLY. You notice Russia is holding back. They are sending 5 TIMES fewer people per Capita so as to keep brain drain down.
Ukraine is fighting this war in a way that there'll be nothing left for them, even if they "win". Which is impossible anyways.
I know it's beating a dead horse to say that but it's still pisses me off how many westerners think we are on the right side when we're essentially enslaving the population of an entire country to use them as cannon fodder. It's disgusting.
From what I hear Russia is also being more careful with how it deploys troops, trying to keep casualties down even if it means retreating sometimes. You know, what a country that actually cares about its population would do.
