When you price something in sats to sell, is it always based off the dollar value? Would you change your prices as the price of btc fluctuates? For example when I buy beer in sats from one of the local spots where I live the beer has always been $6. So when btc was $15k it cost more in sats and at $100k it cost much less in sats. Do you raise your prices in sats when the dollar value of btc is up? #asknostr

Agreed, but I’ve noticed sometimes that when the price in bitcoin goes up in dollars the price has also increased in sats as well, why is that? If something is 30,000 sats shouldn’t it stay 30,000 sats no matter how many dollars those sats can be exchanged for?

Yeah, that I would agree with. Doesn’t make sense to raise the price in stats if the price and value per dollar goes up.
