Fat is the key here, you can even choose to gorge on carbs for a limited time to build up your fat reserves, carbs long term cause metabolic syndrome inevitably. Milk literally is for babies. Incomplete proteins metabolize endothermically into blood glucose. Fasting is really the only way to reduce blood borne insulin, which is the culprit in metabolic syndrome. Insulin literally blocks the fat metabolism mechanism, and when it’s constantly present…..bad news.

mother milk is for babies

nothing can replace that. absolutely nothing. it is nature

cow milk is for calves. also nature

nothing is better than nature

yes you need fat, animal fat. a lot. beef tallow or lard or butter (if you can digest it. you will know if you eat a lot...)

Yep, I test blood ketone levels along with glucose, MCT oil causing distress at 3 Tbs a day is pretty decent fat metabolism adapted test IMO.

Raw Cow Milk has literally been compared to Breastmilk. Pasteurized milk which is what 95% of stores serve does not have LACTASE. Lactase binds with Lactose to allow for digestion. ONLY RAW MILK HAS LACTASE. #RawMilk

Sure lactase is the enzyme used to break lactose down to glucose. There is a competitive advantage to retaining lactase production in the digestive tract for some species, but the issue is complex; pregnant lactating mothers are unsustainably taxed and average lower reproductive rates than non lactating mothers. Evolution has opted for the cessation of lactase production after infancy every species. Most people don’t effectively process lactose, but the ecoli bacteria in the large intestine due process it and multiply, causing the undesirable after effects. nostr:npub18myhrpdny5d58elt4skhyqfrm2shawekgzu8jetug8jypkhlhzts4hqm0g
