Virtually the same situation with my wife. Intake nurse told my wife that she'd been sick on and off since getting it -- and the nurse was "forced" to get the boosters.
My wife simply responded with, "no one forces me to.do anything. Ever."

I did lose a very good job, one that I absolutely loved, over a mandate. In total financial ruin, but likely wont be catching that 'died suddenly' that seems to be going around.
