If every person that is being wiretapped would get high and tell their spy a story for 3 hours about a cooking spice in their kitchen.. that would be hilarious.
Or musing about shoesizes.. or fragrance of their pets
That's sadly probably more sophisticated and done by speech recognition and analysis algorithms.
