Cookies baked ✔ (chocolate PB2 powdered peanut butter worked well but my consistency was a bit off)

Sourdough loaf baked ✔

Banana nut bread in the oven...almost ✔

I'm skipping the honey bars since I ended up with a gazillion cookies. All that's left is to do some food prep for tomorrow's lunch of chicken stew with biscuit style dumplings. I am exhausted and so hot as it's almost 80°F/26°C out today.

I'm being a lazy baker today. I've got a pie ready to bake for my contribution to a party tomorrow, and I'm going to make a pot of chili so I can be lazy for a day or two after Christmas as well. Plannin' 4 relaxin'

Nice! I usually don't bake but Jr has been wanting to bake cookies. I had everything I needed for peanut butter cookies so I gave in 😂.

I love PB cookies. I do the easiest recipe ever. 1 cup PB, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg. Mix & bake.

What's your technique?

I have my mom's recipe, but I used chocolate powdered peanut butter instead of regular pb. It was 1C PB, 2 eggs, stick of butter, brown and reg sugar, and flour. I cut way back on the sugar. They turned out decent, they're a bit cakey so good with milk 🫄
